• 3.5 cents per point of moisture removed (figured to the 1/10th percent)
• Corn is dried to 15% moisture for sales, basis contracts, and DP, and 14% moisture to store
• 1.35% total shrink
Bean Moisture Discounts
• 1% of price each ½% moisture over 13% to 15%
• 2% of price each ½% moisture over 15%
• Over 17% is subject to rejection
Storage Rates
Corn:
Minimum storage: 18.00 (cents)
After 90 days storage accrues daily at 3.5 cents/month pro-rated daily. Minimum will buy you 90 days of storage based on the weighted average delivery date.
Beans:
Minimum storage: 22.00 (cents)
After 90 days storage accrues daily at 4 cents/month pro-rated daily. Minimum will buy you 90 days of storage based on the weighted average delivery date.
Warehouse Receipt
When grain is sealed and a warehouse receipt is issued; storage, freight and drying must be paid in advance. A warehouse receipt will not be issued if this is not done. If you are not sealing your grain, you do not need a warehouse receipt. Your scale tickets are proof of storage.
Delayed Price
Corn:
30 cents flat until September 30th. Must price using spot month bid.
Beans:
40 cents flat until September 30th. Must price using spot month bid.
HTA
Corn:
5 cents per bushel
Beans:
8 cents per bushel

2 cents each LB under 52
Damage
2 cents per 1% over 3.5% to 10%
4 cents per 1% over 10%
Foreign Material
2 cents per 1% over 3.5% to 5%
4 cents per 1% over 5%
Other
Wevely: 10 cents (subject to Rejection)
Sour: 10 cents
Musty: 10 cents
Heat: 10 cents

Declaration of Grain
All grain delivered to TriOak facilities must be declared as sold (contract/spot) or stored by Monday evening of the week following delivery. If no declaration is made at or prior to that time, grain will automatically be placed in storage.
